Nice walk around video of a white one, with a rather incongruous 1970's B movie jazz track.

Just visited my local OPC. I believe they have just had one arrive and it is awaiting pdi. It is blo0dy stunning in the flesh. Pictures don’t do it justice. Whoever specced it has gone for Burmester. It is number 460.
Nice pics. Is that a shark blue gt4 in the pic as well ?

Nice. That has been shared before which lead me to query are PS4S's now the tyre they come with from factory?
Also, as that has not sold (its been a while) then one questions the desirability of this model at that price point.

Cant have been on sale for such a long time as only registered in May. Probably not sold as its 10k plus overs.

By today’s standards I would say it’s been on a long time, but yep it’s too greedy. Those that are jonesing that much to pay such overs for one are likely already the lucky ones with one on order. For anyone who didn’t make this list, this one won’t be making them froth at the mouth I doubt.

PH Review here.

https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

Looks like we've made a good choice smile and looks like there are more coming to the UK than originally thought. 113 is pretty good all things considered. Theres hope for everyone on the waiting list yet.

Spoke to my opc Friday. He said my b25 should be with me end of September. I’m not holding my breath though
Silver. Red interior and red roof.
Been driving a 718 s boxster for a few weeks now. (Loan car ). And it’s brilliant. If the 4l engine is better I can’t wait to drive it.

I've not spoken to my OPC for a few weeks but based on the dates I saw on their system on my last visit mine is currently due at the end of September as well after slipping from the end of August. I'm not going to get too excited yet though, if this experience is anything to go by so far I'm going to wait until I get the official confirmation its been built smile

I know the feeling mate. It’s certainly been a drag. The dates change all the time. And I agree until the build has actually started I’m sceptical.

My Car entered the body shop on 27 July, came out a couple of days later and has moved precisely nowhere since furious
Every week the dates for the rest of the process just slip back another week. So much for “it will be ok when the build has started”.

Showing Sept build finish now. Not bad for a May delivery car.

Frustrating! My guess is that this is the summer shutdown, which I read somewhere is shift end on 30/7 until shift starts 23/8.

Well I am now locked in, 1st October into Production, dealer delivery 29th October. After all I have said on this thread, in the end, I have gone for the red interior. On the way down to the PEC at Silverstone, the better half and I called in at the dealer at Towcester and had a look at an RS60 in GT Silver and Carrera Red interior. She was smitten and when we had a look at the Bordeaux Red swatch, it was a lot less bright than the Carrera Red and many of the pictures seem to render it. I think you can’t beat seeing things in the flesh.

So that’s it, we’re committed now, no going back. Finished. Done. Not going to think about it any more. End of story. Decision taken. 2 months to go. whistle

My dates have not moved now for 8 weeks or so. Are you guys still on schedule?

Mine's still scheduled to complete build at the end of September so likely to be delivered early/mid October. Dates have also stayed the same since mid July and like you I've decided on my spec and that's what it's going to be. Fortunately we've got a lot of stuff going on at the moment including building an extension, several weddings and a couple of trips away (if Covid rules allow) so haven't had a lot of time to think about the car which is probably a good thing.

There does seem to be a few more of these about now and it seems those of us on here that are expecting cars to be delivered soon have very similar dates so hopefully our patience will pay off and we'll all be having a happy Autumn smile

Great choice of GT silver and red leather. That's what I have on my 2015 GTS and have never regretted it although I did angst over the decision as you did. Yes, photos do not do the red leather justice! Never mind, you will be enjoying it in the flesh for many years. Have fun.
