Riskins has h&r springs fitted over pasm. It's slightly lower than x73. A bit like sports pasm on the 718, ride is probably slightly softer than x73 despite how it looks.

A happy new year to you all!

Seasonal GTS pricing has kicked in on Autotrader I see - several well-priced cars have emerged from the woodwork, including a couple of manuals. Various options to taste…

Is anbody seeing metal they like the look of?!

Been keeping an eye and like a lot of stuff there not really selling and haven't really come down enough, but then they have always held there money as did my last 2. I saw the private grey one and that looked really good, its still there and been reduced a bit. I was tempted but then started using my current car more and as much as I miss the NASP, if i step back into a GTS i think I'd miss the 530hp/530lbft of my current. First world problems.

530/530 - solid numbers! Can see why the GTS might feel like going backwards.

Though that lovely Boxster chassis balance is still hard to beat… 😀

I think I need to drive one again come spring, seen a few nice Cayman GTS mid and low 40's. I can compare with mine but mine is also on rails and more practical. Its pretty tough one which only a drive can give you, and it seems considerably more to insure mine over a GTS, which is a big factor.

Unicorn GTS at RPM.

Due to pick up my 718 on Saturday otherwise I'd be all over this. Don't expect it hang around too long.

Strong money but lovely car.

My only issue is that for an extra 10k you can find a 4ltr 718 GTS

Lovely car and spec.

One thing I have noticed about GTS's is that the early 2014 cars seem to be pretty much the same price as 2016 cars. I'm not sure if my 2016 version is therefore undervalued as it only (in the event of a sale - which isn't going to happen to mine in the forseeable) seems be worth the same as a 2014 car.

£53k for a nearly ten year old car seems a bit toppy to me, think I'd rather take a discount on an S.

Wbac on that GTS will be around £30k an S could be had for ~£40k.

Ymmv of course.

ETA: ok a PDK but ten grand less for a 2016 S on similar mileage with a two year official warranty:

The 30k is the wbac value of the GTS.

I.e. if you needed an immediate cash sale in the worst case and sold via wbac, you'd have an immediate 20k+ loss.

Obviously hypothetical situation but a £20k premium over the trade value would infer it's overpriced.

The S would seem better value and less risky- wbac value also £30k so only a £10k premium to rrp.

Evening all.

Well, I’m not planning to sell my BGTS any time soon, WBAC or otherwise.

And if you’re bothered, here’s why: a bit of a project… (As I know many of us enjoy doing with our cars!)

Anyone seen this one? Looks a peach other than mileage bringing the price down? Not sure on the X73 for daily driving but the spec is nuts on the rest! Tempting even though it's above budget for me!

X73 isn't bad for daily driving tbh, if the roads are really bad then PASM is going to be better, you'd notice more if you were "on it" on a bad road. Just check that car over and make sure what that seller says has been done is accurate.

Jay, you know me, I used to work with you :P Jamie B... I am looking at getting a 981 S/GTS, loved yours since we spoke about it. I've emailed about that car but it's above my budget, though the spec is so good I'm tempted. I've asked about the belt swap and PDK service too. Went to look at a Cayman S in Wolves at the weekend, looked great but no PSE which I really want!!

It's the PTS I think. that raises the price. Should be sub 50k. Nice spec, low miles etc.
No heated/electric seats though

I have those in my Guards, Manual X73 GTS.

Whatsapp me dude. You won't be disappointed with a 981 S either especially if its got the bits you want on it. If that cars over budget then might be worth scoping an S out. Tbh a lot have been sitting around for a while and being reduced. Deffo a buyers market.
