Metal valve caps will seize on any car, not a great idea unless you free them off regularly.

Surely they're not seized on the car you've just bought from OPC?

No, it’s just that when I first viewed the car it had a set fitted, but just noticed that eiether when they wheels were refurbished or the tyres fitted, they have been replaced with normal plastic ones.

Perhaps bullet dodged.
