Been running the 06MY Cayenne Turbo S now for a couple of weeks, this was a replacement for a 05MY Cayenne Turbo I sold several months back. It's a very high spec car and is in the marine blue colour/black leather which at the time was exclusive to the turbo S model.

Decided to do a few jobs on it this weekend, one being to take the front bumper off to replace the headlamp washer jet carriers, one was leaking so got a new pair, good job as the other none leaking unit was cracked. Pretty straight forward to remove the bumper, took the wheel liners out also to unblock the windscreen drains, as I could see that the water wasn't draining at the back of the front wheel arches, quick and easy way to check if they are blocked. Also the drains at the front of the sport design aero kit were blocked from grit and mud that gets drawn in.

Anyhow if you do have a cayenne turbo take a look at the intercoolers and central radiator in the front, the bottom of all mine were covered in fine dirt which had foamed a covering of damp wet mud on the bottom sections, over a long period of time if left it could eventually start to rot the metal, similar to the rads in the 996/997 etc so cleaned it off with a fine high pressure jet of water, unblocked all the small drains, looked like my car had also eaten a bird at some point!

It's quite a car and they can be picked up at a reasonable price the performance is a step up from the standard base turbo, if you can live with the fuel and maintenace costs they represent good value for money as you get a lot of car for the money.
