But the OP was meaning to ask whether it was a 3.0l SC or a 3.2l Carrera and I believe that it is a quite common North American import.
When you realise that it has North American headlamps, the rest is easy...
Indicator repeaters weren't a super upgrade that Porsche was keen to introduce. They were forced on them and they only appeared in markets where they were mandatory.
American 3.2 Carrera. For the avoidance of all doubt its a shame that it isn't still running 6" & 7" x 16" Telephone Dials.

It is a 1887-88 3.2. G-50.
Almost none of them had aero addenda in France. French hate the wings and love pure 911 shape.
Plenty of those around paris. Many still sleeping in the street!

It doesn't have the small side indicators because it has the long wrap-around bumper indicators that I think include the side repeaters - think this was a Federal set-up that matches the headlamps.
If it's Slate Blue then it's an '84.
Fancy that, thought they looked slightly different. Noticed the headlamps though. Plenty of beard material here, will be upgrading to sandals too at this rate. If it's Slate Blue then it's an '84.
