What does this chassis/engine number tell me?

I've been looking at a car with chassis number 911-930-9737. Engine is 930-106-101-0R

The guy selling claims the car is '75, but my (very limited) knowledge and internet research suggests it is not a '75 car.

Can anyone shed any light on the mystery?
