993 Conv. Values

Are 993 soft tops really £50K now? I know they've gone up a lot and I've see coupes at this price (recently), but soft top C4's with 70+K on the clock? Really, have I missed a jump in the market for soft top 993? I'm curious, I might have?

It's not for me, for sure, but I'm wondering if values have gone this way for the soft top recently?

In my view, that is way over priced. More like 35k and even then, it would have to be perfect.

But then again, its hard to keep up with how these are moving.
