£560 for Geo? Are they gold plating your suspension?

Slightly OT but if you suddenly decided to sell would you expect to recoup all or most of these costs ?

Yup......and that's an estimate. Though I can't see them finding anything amiss ....... Well I hope not.

I wouldn't have spent it if I was thinking of selling. People rabbit on about 'possible' chassis leg corrosion, but I really believe that unless its led a very sheltered life, any 80K plus mileage 993 may require a full refurb suspension update, which as you can see isn't cheap. I think if I hadn't spent a long time sourcing the parts, had paid a better known Indy to install it all and paid full price for the parts the bill would have been in the region of £8.5K, and so a lot more than a possible chassis legs repair..

Mine had led a very quiet life (basically going up and down the M6) before I got hold of her 20K miles ago, and some of the control arm ball joints were well shot.
