What's going on with this 930 ?
Discussion
I've been off the circuit for a while, but this one seems a bit too good to be true ?
Yes it needs paint, but is it the real deal ?

1/ The front lid is open in the shots.
2/ US market cars had smaller headlights for some weird reason, these are easily changed ( as I did on my 80
Model SC which was sold new to California ) My SC had Far larger rear bumpers than this car!
3/ Air Con points to it being possibly having lived somewhere hot in the States, which hopefully means that it shouldn't have " too much " rot ( although my California from new SC needed repair to the left inner front wing ledge, near the screen )
Although I'm not sure if air con was a std fit to an 84 model Turbo ?
4/ The Guards red has as usual faded, I personally hate the colour, but for this kind of money, one can't be choosy!
5/ If the options code build sticker is still intact under the front lid, then that is a Huge bonus.
6 / Unless you know these cars well, then a pre purchase inspection is Essential !
7/ US cars are often bodge / poorly maintained, I bet all 4 shocks have had it for starters, so yes, there could well be big bills looming.

Still available .
I may take a Punt on this , says 7000 miles but seller says more like 107k.
He seems to be pretty frank / open and Ho eat when it comes to questioning .
If it was nearer, I would come along to view it with you. Pretty familiar with this era of 911. I carried out a Lot of work on all 3 of my 911s, particularly my first one, which was a US market car. I may take a Punt on this , says 7000 miles but seller says more like 107k.

Did a fair few miles in an ex pals 81 Turbo as well, inc being a passenger in a scary accident in it !
