Last 930 registration?

Just noticed that my 930 was registered on Dec 31st 1989 - a nice New Years present for someone

I thought they stopped selling them in Summer 1989 and the 964 Turbo replaces it from September - can anyone help explain?

Probably just an unsold and Late registered one. The chassis number will give a very good idea of just how late in the production run, that your one was built.

I thought the 964 turbo came a while after the 964 came out. I am sure that only the C4 was available for quite a while.

I believe the 964 turbo came out in March 1990
