993 4S ..... did I really think of selling
Discussion
So ............I have had my 993 4S for 17 years , my first Porsche
Last year 200 miles , year before 400 miles
Think that I should sell ............not used, in storage etc etc
Then I say to myself , drive the car and then decide
So I did and have enjoyed the car again . Such a great thing ! They don't make cars like it anymore
Gave a friend a lift and he could not believe it was over 20 years old - smooth, rock solid, lovely noise, great smell
Am I selling ? NO NO NO

Well said OP. Such lovely, characterful cars. I sold my silver 993 C4S, which had the full Turbo bodykit and was absolutely mint, back in 2005 after a couple of years of ownership. Used it as a DD, which probably wasn't the most sensible thing in the world, but I did enjoy it. Always regretted selling it. Should have bought something else as a DD and kept the C4S for weekends, fun trips, holidays, etc. C'est la vie.
