Hi All, I'm picking up a 993 coupe this Saturday.

What classic policy insurance companies are people using these days? Had a 993 a number of years back and used ClassicLine.

Thanks.

I used a Porsche policy with Chubb, agreed value, european cover and track if needed.

I'm with Footman James - their quote came out lowest. They do an agreed value too.

I've been with Classic Line for a few years now. I've never had to claim, so can't vouch for their performance. However, they do cover me for business use. In pre pandemic days I would very occasionally take my 993 to lwork ocations where I could plot a fun cross country route and I knew the car parking was relatively safe.

Same here with Classicline ..... I also have business use. Means I can take the old girl out for the occasional run .... especially when the LR is back in the garage ... yet again biggrin

Another vote for ClassicLine. When my windscreen cracked it was hassle free to get a screen from OPC Swindon delivered to my Independent garage who managed the install.

I’m with Classic Insurance Service - can’t fault their customer service. I have cars that own with my brother and they cover those under a joint policyholder basis rather than “named driver”.
