As soon as I see a 996 that has been converted to look like a 997 it screams out accident damaged to me. I could be wrong but it does make my spidey senses tingle.

PORSCHE 911 996 TURBO first owner built a bit like a 997 GT3 RS-ish.

Seems crazily overpriced. I can't see that selling for anywhere near €120K, not even €80K

Exterior looks lovely but the interior is an acquired taste.

My local Indy, so I’m a bit biased, but having had the tour of the place I can say that their operation is pretty impressive.

Commissioning one’s dream air-cooled Porsche would be fantastic, but when they occasionally pop up on the used market, it probably makes sense to opt for ‘almost’ ones dream air-cooled car at half the price.

Where are you supposed to put the rear number plate? I guess it's not intended to be used on the road.

I love those wheels. I’m sure I recognise them. What are they?

He has done some amazing ones to date - portfolio at:

I like this play upon the Marshall Amp knob controls ...

I like the fun he takes with them - if one is doing a restomod, why not inject some fun. Very impressive work in my opinion.

Some epic build threads in the old days of various ninemiester builds.

Really wish I’d gone through with the 993 speedster build back in the day when I enquired, it was expensive back then but I imagine it would be prohibitably expensive now even if you still can get the parts.

Mark is still building them with a waiting list,he can still get all parts, as having screen and rear hood made.Last time i spoke to him they were between 230 and 250 depending on spec, lovely cars.

Some lovely cars on there, nicely different. Love the "Dunlop" type alloy wheels, especially the dished rears!

Crikey, I had a speed yellow targa all lined up and ready to go, I only wanted a narrow bodied 993 as well. At the time, a Carrera 4 based 964 Speedster conversion came up for sale on this very site, in speed yellow too. It was expensive but not as expensive as a NM Speedster.

Back when a nice 996 GT3 was I think low £30ks I dithered and went and bought something else.
