normally a combination of the easy and cheap availability of very high energy density foods and some untreated/unaddressed (often sub-medical anyway) distress, trauma, mental health issues etc. etc. I am not overweight but I know that I eat more and worse (nutritionally) food when I'm feeling distressed for any reason. it is or can become soothing for some (many) people.

Car looks good Andrew smile
Brilliant video. I went back to the start to watch the whole thing. What a laugh.

An accomplished fella that is enjoying his life, as he has done it all, and been to the top of the motorsport mountain in his discipline.

Howard Davies and Gwyndaf Evans must have been a great combination in a rally car, Howard gregarious and Gwyndaf as meek and mild and introverted as they come (let his driving do the talking ...)

Howard Davies is an absolute scream, and thin or rotund, the world needs more of his type smile
I can remember Autosport or The Motoring News reporting on Malcolm’s Wilson’s deal to get him try to lose weight biggrin

Collection pencilled in for 30 November driving

My engine was installed in a mule car for completion of the low speed mapping in real world conditions.

Interior being finished. Can’t wait to see it as there are so many details, for example instead of the usual woven material so many of these types of builds have on the dash my car has a drilled metal panel in the same amethyst as the exterior, backed by a panel in tobacco gold to match the exterior door stripes and instrument bezels.

Wow, they've really pushed the boat out with the Durite £9.50 'splashproof' headlight switch.

I think they should offer an option (wonder how much it would cost) of raising the limit to 11,111rpm.

I think that isn’t appreciably different from 11,000 to be honest smile

Last time I drove the gold car was a few months ago and a lot of the time you are in the 4/5000 to 8/9000 range in second, third and fourth gears on B roads. It is nice to stretch out to 11,000 though when the opportunity allows.
