Anyone know if this 70's Graffiti 911 is still around?

A couple of years ago I tried to buy this when it was advertised on PH in the UK (down South?) but got pipped at the post.

I just wondered if anyone knows the car or has seen it recently.

Thanks!

No.

But in 2015, when it last took an MOT and failed, it had done 236,895 miles.

Why not buy a lower miles decent white one, and ask Banksey to do it for you?

Or even better, paint it yourself? Has to be cheaper.

Or leave it parked overnight in Crawley with a row of aerosol cans on the roof?

I thought the car was bought and the new owner decided to repray it in a period colour?

It was £35k at the time and you can’t buy a 70s 911t or even a 912 for that now.
No one knows who Banksey is.

I really like that.

Would only work on an old 911, DS or Beetle.

I agree.

Yes it was a stunning work of art, done by a Graffiti artist who came down from Birmingham to the South and spent a few days doing it.

I heard that it was two cars welded together in the middle but I'm not 100% sure.

I am sure when this car was featured in 911 & Porsche world the owner lived in Marlborough.

The car was given a full resto in Slate Grey. It's a nice car now. I'd have picked a different car to do it to, but the owner is a nice guy and got the car he wanted.

I wanted to buy that 911 when it came up for sale but wife stopped that plan.

Surprised it got painted boring slate grey. Should have stayed graffiti

It reminded me of the Joplin 356 .

I like the bloodorange sections.... not sure about the rest.

And what is the connection with The Dave Clark Five painted on the side?
