Several LHD's for sale on PH, seems very cheap by comparison. I suspect £189995 PLUS VAT... IMHO

After the Scuderia engine bay issues decided to go aftermarket for the Carbon Engine Bay myself.

Its not difficult to purchase from abroad. Make sure about the price- is it Tax paid? Most are. Some have to be over 6 months old and 6000km before they can be exported. Depends on country. Visit, drive it, have it checked over, or do it yourself. Book an appointment or have the dealer obtain the Export plates for 30 days only (min term, pay for COC. Pay for vehicle. Drive it back. Use a specialist importer to have the necessary work done. Cost approx £1500.00 or so. Expect UK reg in about 6 weeks.

The more i look at LHD the more i think its worth it, easy 20 to 30K saving on say 430s or Gallardo's. And the driving position is better from what i hear. There is a nice one that Slickhillsy posted for 90K. LHD just makes sense, more reason for Euro drives smile

Marky, does it mention VAT anywhere in there? Anything second hand should have surely had VAT paid when bought new? You'll need the invoice proving VAT has been paid in the local country. Or it is it the case with them being so new that most of them are demo's or dealer cars?

http://mycarimport.co.uk/ - Jack does everything regards registration for 430 for around £1800.

I think it does yeah. "NOTE : PREZZO NETTO PER ESPORTAZIONE" which translates as price is net for export. It may well have VAT paid but the price they are advertising it at is X VAT (I think!)

This price is subject to VAT as any car under 6,000kms is classed as a new means of transport when bring it to the UK.
