Looking to buy 458 - can anyone advise what spec to go for?

When looking check the destinations on the sat nav, these cars are often clocked and the sat nav is a way of knowing.
Someone i know whose a bit of a scroat sold his 458 that he had had clocked, the dealer pointed out to him about the satnav holding info. The guy still bought it though.
