Have to agree with the others, I've never noticed too much trouble in traffic in auto mode, seems fine to me, better than our F1 575!

Perhaps the ECU has self-learned some bad habits?

I watched Fifth Gear the other night where Tiff Needell and Chris Harris were comparing the Speciale with the Porsche 911 GT3 (not exactly the greatest road test ever but you take what you can get!), and Tiff was impressed at how well the Speciale coped with the UK's awful roads once the car was put into "Bumpy road setting": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJyU4UdHwrM (At @ 6:00)
