It looks lovely. As Yellow Devil said this car is there since a long time (January?) and was listed originally at around £110k (you can check voicey data for accuracy), then slowly reduced to <£100k.

When I was considering buying the F430 I did lots of research and I remember looking at a blue/Yellow F430 spider in Italy and the official dealer was considering to discount it even further.

The color is lovely, but very "unpopular" for that car...which is very good for you if you really like it!
I believe there is further margin of negotiation, and in any case it is worth negotiating on that specific car simply because is a long time on the market (I believe it was also priced very optimistically by the dealer, originally) and you won't run the risk of "loosing" the opportunity after an attempt. My view
