F355 Steering Wheel Boss

I want to move the steering wheel on my F355 closer to me.
Being an early car it has only 4 fixing holes on the boss and I cannot find anyone that does a 4-hole extension boss.
Hills Engineering 'nearly' do what I want but it also converts from 4-hole to 6-hole fixing so i'd have to change the wheel which I don't want to do. I did ask them if they'd do a special one for me but sadly they said they wouldn't.
Anyone had the same problem/need and managed to find a suitable boss?
If I can't find an off-the-shelf boss I'll probably have to get a machine shop to make one up for me. If anyone else wants one perhaps we could share the cost(?)
