360 third gear synchro weak

Thanks Mike I cannot advise you what to put in, but from now on mine will be Rediline 75/90 fully synthetic GL4, brilliant in my opinion, Ed at Christian Lewis recommended this and he was spot on!
I was very lucky, and yes I to was almost dumbfounded by the F chat thread on oils, the science of them has come a long way since my days in the motor trade.
These hot running gearboxes need regular oil changes for sure, coolant next with distilled water, I am taking no chances, I am keeping my lovely car as preserved and pristine as possible.
