your Sagaris is amazing. Would love one and test drove one when they were new ... alas prices ran away from me over the last couple of years

Back to the topic!!, I'm thinking Scud for my next Ferrari, having owned an F430 spider for several years I am naturally looking at newer models, 458/488 and maybe a Cali T but unlikely!!
But residuals matter to me and I know all 458's will be pretty good from this point of view, but I can't get away from the possibility of owning a very very special truly limited edition Ferrari 430 Scuderia.
I'll keep you all posted on my next move!!

Possibly not the car for you. I've read your posts on various forums explaining how unhappy you were with the sound level of after-market manifolds on your F430, but be warned the Scuderia is louder again. It would be worth a test drive before you buy.

I disagree, the 430 is louder than my F430 spider stock, but not when I put the Fabspeed on, after all I was the only Ferrari to be black flagged as soon as I opened the taps at Oulton Park on a Ferrari track day event, every other Ferrari model was fine and within the 98db on track limit, I was near 110db on track which if you know how the db scale works is about a 50% increase in noise :O

Im tempted by this Scud, but, and its a big BUT.....would butchering the very expensive CF door cards with aftermarkets speakers be a show stopper? or am I being a bit anal?

Red and black works and quite rare.
I think the deviation from originality doesn't do the car any favours BUT its probably reflected in the price and I'm sure its reversible easy enough ( at a cost ).
The mileage almost makes it more of a collectors car hence why it would be better OEM spec.

I think you could easily put 10k on it and a few years down the line still get your money back.

I don't think you should be too anal as there are not many good ones to choose from

Could also check what a set of door cards goes for on eurospares in case it irritates you too much

A standard Scuderia is 105-107db.

Thank you, thats interesting, however if I buy a Scud I'd be happy with it because it's to be expected, not so for a more gentleman's cruiser which my F430 spider was, my stock F430 was and will always sound better in it's stock configuration IMHO.

I’m very pleased with my ‘scud’ so far. Have done 5-600 miles in to date and it definitely has the grin factor
