Meridian Modena gets my vote of approval, HR seem to just use apprentices on day release, given a service manual and tool box I could do a better job myself.

Unfortunately had a similar experience with my 458 Speciale, ended up taking the car back and taking it to Joe Macari who did a much better job and seem to actually care about my customer experience.
