Auto manufacturers spare parts obligation

I have a 9 year old Ferrari California which due to flood damage needs a new wiring loom.

I have been advised by the authorised dealer network that the part is not made by Ferrari any more and no longer available.

Do any of you good people know if European auto manufacturers have a legal requirement to provide spare parts for a certain period after manufacture. I have read about 10 years but its not clear if this is true, a myth or just guidance rather than a legal requirement.

Any help would be much appreciated.
