F355 = crema leather and bordeaux carpets
458 = nero leather and alcantara centres, Black or Red carpets (with black overmats to lessen red )

Somehow I think crema dates the 458 whereas up to F430 its period correct

It’s the perfect spec, the photo doesn’t do it justice. Cuoio is a darker tan, mix of alcantara, leather & carbon is spot on.

The UK seems to be the only place where Rosso/Crema is sought after? You only need to look at the LHD only “halo” models to see that Rosso/Nero is the proper combination.
‘Proper Combination’? laugh
Show me one of the big 5 with Red/Crema? It’s a bit poncey when all is said and done and, as someone earlier said - looks like a jam roll-poly….
If by "big 5" you mean 288 GTO, F40, F50, Enzo and Laf, then that is a bit irrelevant since the 288 was only ever available in red with black interior; the F40 only in red with red cloth seats and the F50 only in 5 exterior colours but only black interior (and optionally red or yellow alcantara inserts). I don't know of any Enzos with cream interior (and I don't know if it was an option). There are some LaFs with cream interior.
that's actually what makes it relevant, you get a car from Ferrari where you quite literally have no choice and, the interior is Black or in the case of the F40 "Red" because, I guess, Ferrari wanted to make a design statement with the technical tour-de-force 959 being the competition. As someone else quite correctly said, it's down to the buyer's preference - however it is quite interesting to see the marked geographical contrasts in taste...
