New F12 owner in Essex saying hello, another 599 upgrade

Just made the move from ex 599 owner to F12.
Had a lovely 599 for 12m until summer 2014 but let it go with the grand plan to put the monthly repayments and running costs towards an F12 deposit. Two years of heartache with no ferrari in the garage, having realised I'd sold it at the bottom of the depreciation curve before the current upturn and lots of man maths calculations later and finally this awesome machine is now in my garage. Thought about a new 488 order (told 18m wait) or a used FF (for the kids to come as well but they both said they didn't like the FF shape) and in the end my heart was always set on the F12 I think. When this car appeared in pistonhead classifieds the other week in my perfect spec of corsa exterior/nero interior with corsa stitching and yellow calipers and rev counter I had to go for it.
2 yr old car, 5000 miles. Previous owner was an ex UK formula 1 driver so I assume its been properly run in! Had a good tour of the dealers during pick up and saw some lovely machines including an awesome yellow F12TDF being prepared for customer pick up I presume. Anyway Im happy enough with the standard car for the moment!
Not yet had the chance to do much with the car, just the long motorway drive back from dealers to my home in Essex and a trip out to Essex ferrari owners club meet during the week but its so good to be back. Ive spent several hours just sitting in the car in the garage, cant help it, what a machine. How on earth am I going to stick to the 5000 miles insurance annual miles limit.
Was worried it didn't have the upgraded sound system. My 599 had the BOSE upgraded system and by all accounts the standard system on the 599 wasn't up to much but to my ears the standard system in the F12 sounded Ok for my requirements and its got proper satnav and DAB!

That's superb. Many congrats! Thinking of upgrading my 599 some time in the future to an F12, so I look forward with interest to hearing your thoughts and comparisons. I've heard it is MUCH quicker, which is a pretty astonishing prospect as I've never found the 599 particularly lacking in that department!
