So after searching for the perfect spec Lusso I have ended up putting a deposit down on an 812! Convinced myself I would rarely be taking the newborn out in a Ferrari so didn’t need the back seats. After a week of man maths I concluded an 812 was the one for me……counting down the days until collection!
Great choice and an amazing car. Some pictures would be appreciated when you take delivery. The 812 is an incredible car to drive and more than capable of scaring passengers witless.jon_99 said:

Great decision! I went from a V12 Lusso to an 812 and haven’t regretted it for a second. In terms of driving experience there’s no comparison. Z4MPO said:
I’ve got the Ferrari itch. I really want a V12, thinking of a GTC4Lusso as a weekend family car. Would love an 812 but I’ve already got 2 two seaters and they hardly get used. Anything I need to look out for on a Lusso? What specification options should I be keeping an eye out for?
I bought a V12 Lusso just over 2 years ago, and it is our main family car.I chose it for the super comfortable 4 seat capacity combined with that glorious V12 (once you swap in a Novitec + X-Pipe + valve controller).
Perfect car alongside something that is light with 2 seats for faster & track drives. In my case a McLaren.
I consider the panoramic roof, Apple Carplay, upgraded sound system and lift as essentials. The ventilated seats are extremely good to have too. After that, options are down to personal choice, but I went for a car that was so fully loaded that the factory ran out of space on the specification plaque, and the options extend below the line.
