Thanks for sharing!

I've found some extra photos of your car on PH. Do you know if the seats are original? Talking about the red alcantara in combination with the black leather bolsters.

As far as I am aware they are original.

Been looking at P Zero Corsa.

Ferrari approved is Corsa D (Directional?) on the front and Corsa K1L and K1R on the rear.

Apparently the tread pattern is different between front and rears. Is that normal/OK?

Cost is each Fronts £253 and Rears £338 inc fitting, VAT etc. So £1182.
Can anyone confirm if this tread pattern difference between front and rears is OK?

Try asking Pirelli - they have a very helpful technical desk

I spotted a red RHD with a stripe on my morning commute down the M2 yesterday. Registration ended in AUR - if you're on here thanks for brightening up our morning and give me a shout if you want some pics of your car.

This car seems to be coming back on the market a couple of years later and with 3k miles more ...
The pics are the same from The Ferrari Centre

Unless it is really a different car altogether ... but just the same pics used.

Different car - the one for sale is Rosso Scuderia, and the other is Rosso Corsa. I'm pretty sure I know who owns the Corsa car, and I'm hoping it's not for sale!

True but if it has a great history fully documented then it should be a good car.
Having said that the market is much softer now.
Interestingly, the CS for sale at HR Owen, which is the from an ex friend of Schumacher and is LHD was on at £209k in Jan and is now advertised at £164k
Similarly the gray RHD car at Dick Lovett was advertised for £219k a year ago and now is at £179k
Clearly £40k down in asking prices (never mind actual sales price) over the year is clearly showing that the bubble is .... deflating a little, which in my book is a good thing smile

The Schumacher friend's car has gone to Japan and back...so one could suspect that the history maybe have been lost, untraceable or simply difficult to read.
The silver one, well that is a mystery...not a bad spec per say, but not the most desirable either: could that be all?

Winter coming: you might end up buying to park right away, ...not the most fun way to enter into ownership.

note: winter: i ended up staying home today, instead of taking the Strad on a rare no-noise restriction day at Donington (OK i do regret now sitting in the office), but i suspect that most would keep their cars tucked away for the next coming months.

You should know who owns the Corsa car as you are my son? Hopefully you are pretty sure of that too!!

Nice road but then th A4 and M4 were full of traffic but it was nice while it lasted
More disappointing though is that the car has lost its bark. Race with ASR off is nearly the same as race off. I can feel the shifts are faster but the sound is muted and only opens up well after 6k revs. I was toggling gears at constant speed with race on and off and saw no difference
Not sure what happened but it probably needs to go back to be looked at
Was thinking of a track day on Thursday but that idea probably needs to be canned frown
Anyone had similar issues ?
A bit of an update....
car went back to DL who tested it throughly, checking if the valves work, if there are leaks, test drove it and all was fine. I went to pick her up today and somehow it seemed a bit better ... but still not quite right. On the drive back to London I stopped for fuel. 3 mile later the bark started to come back and it got better !!!
I am so happy smile I can't believe that the quality of fuel can be the cause and it made such a difference, especially in the U.K.
Anyone had similar?

I serviced a CS a couple of months ago and the valves were not opening on the post-service test drive (they were fine on the pre-service drive). I put it back on the ramp, checked the mechanical operation of the valves and then used the SD2 to manually actuate them - all was good. Back out on the road all was well and they've been working fine ever since - didn't ever work out why the motronic wasn't opening them.

Thanks voicey
In that case it may not even be the fuel and just coincidence
Do you find there is a correlation with the start up bark from cold and whether the valves work well?
Mine always gives a loud bark on cold start up, something I noticed was absent when I had picked the car originally from DL but also when I started it again at home. Haven't yet checked this time round.

I'm sorry I haven't. The valve inoperation has only happened the once and to be honest when I cold start a car I'm to busy doing a load of checks like monitoring oil pressure, listening for the oil cooler filling up, judging the smoothness of the idle, listening for rattles, etc, etc.

Mine seems to have lost the bark from cold start up. Few weeks back it seemed a bit of a dog to start. Coughed it's way into life.
Same weekend after some spirited driving, all of a sudden during a heavy rain shower and whilst using the wipers the car developed a regular beep, engine light then sudden misfire.
Fast forward two weeks and the engine light is off permanently after start up, the misfire has vanished and it starts fine. Although the bark on cold start up does seem to have gone.

All very confusing. Could the rain have caused the misfire / electrical gremlins? I was beginning to think the misfire happened every time I flicked the wipers on, but perhaps I was starting to go mad.
Parked it up, engine light on. Two weeks later and subsequent outings and everything back to normals except the start up bark.

Strange things these cars......

I just turned it on on Sunday to check and I got a partial bark .... hoping its because the tank has old and new petrol.
I will try and use it all up and put new juice in the next few weeks if I can.
