Who in their right mind would drive around with tools, books, jack kit, let alone store them with the car? I don't think concourse accessories are very relevant to a car insurance valuation.I would ask your local specialist what they would value it for. They will be needed for an agreed value in writing anyhow.

Condition wise, probably around an 8 with 10 being concourse. I've got the original jack and service book along with an extensive history file.It's currently insured for 30k agreed value but I'm guessing a replacement value of 35k+
I insured my '82 308 GTBi for £30k and if anything am now wondering whether or not I should have insured it for more like £40k.
Best bet is either call to a dealer/specialist and see what price they would put on it for insurance purposes. Personally I reckon a QV car though to be about £60k.

I suspect the GTB would hold a premium over a GTS since they're rarer and maybe stiffer chassis. But not much of a premium. Just going on what someone told me.
May not be worth £60k just yet, thats just my opinion, but in a few months may be worth more. Who knows? With the rate prices are rising I worry mine isn't insured for anything near what it might be worth. Must not think about things like that though or I'll stop driving it, and that would be a shame because they're such great cars as I'm sure you'll agree?

My pleasure , I also agree with the other post that a gtb can command a little more than a gts but I certainly feel if you had to replace yours with an identical car it would be 50k plus in the current market , I own 2 308 carb cars and have just sourced a gtb QV for a client of mine so have a close eye on this market Mileage is around 43k and as far as I can tell from the paperwork genuine.

it is, the 308 looks so much better close up than in photos, the colour of the rosso metallic just pings out at you, I took a friend along who is a car guy and he loved the colour as well but seems most people don't like it.
Its top top money for a 308 and it has rust bubbles in about 6 places, door bottom/rear lower panel/front quarter panel but they are repairing it with photographic evidence its done correctly and not just a skim of filler.Beautiful interior and perfect seating position which I was surprised at as I was told anyone 6ft and over would find it uncomfortable.
