Thankyou. Yes, if it had been any other colour I might have been able to resist the temptation!

Blu Dino Metallizzato, by the way.

Lovely car, I have loved these since seeing them in classic auctions years ago with my dad.

I always wanted a yellow one.

Congratulations on your purchase. Great taste!

Thankyou Simon. They do look good in yellow, especially the later shade of Giallo Fly, which was slightly darker, more intense than the earlier one.

Like so many Ferraris, red seems to be the dominant colour among Dinos, although if you include the 15 colours available on special order, there were 52 colours available from which to choose.

That car of yours looks bl**dy gorgeous! Have a great trip and post a full report with lots of photos, please.

I have just taken a quick look at your garage - apart from the obvious accommodation question, how do you find time to drive them all?

I have been taking the Dino out and about for a few weeks now to "warm it up" for its journey. Running beautifully but a beggar to start. I am dreading the first cold start on the ferry!!!
I drive all my cars during the year just taxing and us taxing them when I need them. I tend to get the Ferraris taxed from July but the 911's all year round. Then about October I tax the V12V. Daily drivers are the Mercedes and Land Rover is hard work car. Fortunately have about 6000 sq ft barns and garage get so most cars housed for the night.

Will write up the trip and get some photos!!!

How does that work - do you need to choose a certain day of the month to untax so as not to waste a month (or doesn't that bother you)?

I tax daily driver for full 12 months. The others I do for 6 months BUT for example GT2RS I taxed in April for 6 months but knock it off end of June. So this year it will be 3 months. Two cars are £0 tax so they are always taxed and so on. But each car will be taxed for some part of year and driven.

how went your trip to the Le Mans Classic? I encountered a very nice yellow Dino last weekend at the Sherborne Castle Classic and Supercar event:

Thanks and when's the best day of the month to cancel - so as not to lose month?
