I had three over the course of ten years. The absolute prettiest of them was my first, 1994 manual Berlinetta in Argento Nurburgring (non-airbag with the old style key). Shame we don't see many in that colour.
Sold it to a chap who crashed it at low speed within seven days of purchase. That was 22 years ago, I still regret it!

Mine’s a non-airbag GTS, red/creme, luggage, Capristo, 35k miles. Have just replaced the clutch/release bearing and manifolds in the last couple of hundred miles too, £££’s !!
Was your sale through Kent High Performance? I’m thinking of giving them a try.
I was looking on their site yesterday. They seem to have two almost identical to yours on there at £94k.Mine’s a non-airbag GTS, red/creme, luggage, Capristo, 35k miles. Have just replaced the clutch/release bearing and manifolds in the last couple of hundred miles too, £££’s !!

Well. Both of those are higher mileage. One definitely isn’t a non-airbag and the other is also unlikely to be. If “non-airbag” is also a reference to a 2.7 motronic then it’s another substantial point of difference. Not particularly comparable in my view.
Yes, both higher mileage, albeit not hugely. Would an extra 10,000 miles equate to a big fall in value? Wouldn't the 1995 car be non-airbag? Not sure. Are the non-airbag 2.7 motronic worth significantly more/less than the later cars?
Owned a couple of 355's many moons ago but havem't kept up with current market sentiment.Could be tempted into another!

The easy way to tell is pre-airbag cars had a square-ish Fiat type key, 1994 cars and a handful of 1995 only if I recall right. Later airbag cars had the smaller half moon type key.Plenty of people in the 90s changed airbag wheels for non airbag but looking at the engine bay the 1995 car does look like the earlier design with the earlier fuel filters. It should also have the Fiat type key depending on manufacture date, it changed around summer 1995.

Yes you’re quite right. For some reason I wasn’t able to look at all the pictures last time but they are visible now. The 95 car is an earlier 2.7 car with a non-airbag wheel. The earlier cars also don’t have the lockable box between the seats. I am a little surprised there appears to be no premium for it but maybe that reflects the fact that only the nerds, geeks and those wanting to appear clever/with a vested interest laud the earlier cars but with the market not reflecting that? I am sure there are some PHers with real world experience of owning both the earlier and later cars?Plenty of people in the 90s changed airbag wheels for non airbag but looking at the engine bay the 1995 car does look like the earlier design with the earlier fuel filters. I had both. The earlier car definitely had more induction noise in standard form and also felt a bit more throttle responsive. That was decades ago though!priley said:

KHP wanted mine to sell, as they had just sold one with double the miles for £94k so am guessing they had people to call BUT they didn’t want to stand the transport costs if the didn’t sell it for what they said, so the fact that they wouldn’t risk £350 on the deal on a £100k+ car meant that I said no thanks…… apparently they wanted me to underwrite their valuation…….oh dearMine’s a non-airbag GTS, red/creme, luggage, Capristo, 35k miles. Foskers are certainly excellent to deal with as a buyer, had a VERY in depth PPI taken out on the 355 and even though the report was positive, there were a few minor points(as expected) and they rectified every little issue prior to purchase and collection.I would call Foskers in front of khp, my buyer though came through Ferrari owners club website

I have had my 95 2.5 spider for 17 years, almost 18. It's clearly a keeper.
It will stay with me until I shuffe off.
I could never be arsed with the hassle of selling her, I would absolutely hate tyre kickers and idiots insulting my girl
I’m probably wrong but wasn’t there an Asprey edition in colour similar to this? It will stay with me until I shuffe off.

Looks like the equally gorgeous Rosso Barchetta to me. Sublime indeed!
Spot on. Only one of two spiders in that colour in the UK, the other is lhd. The original Alfa Romeo/ferrari colour. Absolute classic video. One of the videos I remember playing again and again in my office vowing I would own such a thing one day.
