So you are bringing your SL to France next week en route to Milan for the Lambo 50th?
Most certainly - I will be in Folkestone at 9.30ish on Sunday! Will be great to catch up with you and Nigel as joining the convoy to Reims and then will probably meet up with the Lambo London Convoy at Lunch the next day for the drive into Annecy and onwards to Milan.

bounce Now I feel a little better. Do you know if the car was on a private plate previously?

I don't believe so - other pictures show normal doors, but they could have been reverted.

2008 SL? What colour? You must post pictures immediately! biggrin
Hope you like the pics

Driving this baby out of the showroom was a dream come true! Since I was a boy going to bed everynight looking at my poster of the white Countach (besides the poster of the girl tennis player looking over her shoulder with her hand on her arse - you know the one I mean) I have always dreamt of owning a Lamborghini - this is my perfect car.

I believe it was "F16". Some things are meant to be as the standard plate on that car almost spells my name. That said I am putting a private plate on it tomorrow.

Simply 'F 16'? That is a pretty cool plate. Do you mind posting the new plate, or do you prefer to keep it private? It just helps will keeping rough tabs on what is left in the UK smile

Congratulations! Quite a few people have a soft spot for the 08 SL - I'm sure you're just discovering why! biggrin

I believe this is actually the knockhill car. I just heard this morning that Ian had fitted a bodykit to it.

I wish I never found these pictures... (from The Ultimate Shine on Facebook).

Is it actually an SL though?

Either way whoever did that needs their hands chopping off..........

their facebook page has interior shots : the sl door cards alone would be tricky to replicate

Hi Paul,

Jan is back in the UK so no access to PH!

We should see you at the Eurotunnel Sunday morning as I think we are on the 10 crossing.

Looking forward to seeing your new baby smile
