they may not like it if i remove the wings of those cars in the middle of the night!!!got offerred the orange one for 110 with the scissor doors, was told the doors were going to be restored if i said no, so surprised it is back up for 120 with the scissors still there.....
given the prev thread, also surprised all three remain unsold, and price drops.... but lets not discuss that here, this is not an sl thread.....

Anyway you enjoying it ?
early days yet, haven;t driven any twisties in anger.....and havent; really floored it...loving the sound, above 4k rpm anyway....
e gear is nice, and easy, even in town.... haven;t tried corsa mode yet...
suspension is pliant and stiff at the same time, there;s a ridge in the middle of one roundabout which unsettles the alpina, the gallardo is planted....
makes you realise just how epic the s62 engine in the e39 m5 was...
not yet found a truly comfortable seated positon....
loving the colour and the looks, strange as i always preferred the nurci to the gallardo...
might be getting under my skin as you say!
not too long ago drove an oakley prep gt3 and tuscan on track, and was underwhelmed, so i guess the g is doing something right...

The ride is firm, but I find it smoothed out quite well the faster you go.loving the sound, above 4k rpm anyway....

The seating position.....took me a while to figure out and get used to ,but basically you are supposed to have really long legs and no arms.....get the wheel quite close to you,I found it unnatural at first but soon got used to it.
And you have to do a tunnel run with your windows open, the longest tunnel you can find.

Will keep an eye out for you around the area....
In fact I spotted her previous owner on the Top Gear Aventador episode recently. And despite hoping that might be a nice replacement, I can't help but think it'll be something more family friendly.
Have fun.

Hey ,just a thought lots of guys do the vac pipe disconnect mod on the exhaust.
I did mine just to see or should i say hear the difference, yeah big sound all the time
not just over 4k.
I did however replace the whole lot ,and is now ,well,... mad
I think the 08`s are the same but could be wrong, hope others could add info, vac pipe mod
really does change the car with little effort and zero cost
cheers bud
