Anyone know anything about this?

"Effective immediately the SmartTOP Convertible Top Controller made by automotive electronics specialist Mods4cars is available for the Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder. The add-on kit allows owners to open or close the top while driving at slow speeds and with one-touch convenience. Operating the convertible top from the original key fob remote is also possible alongside a host of bonus features."

Yep.... loads.... I had one on my 911 Cab, Merc SL and now just got one for the LP Spyder. I'm fitting it on Saturday if its dry... great bit of kit.. can open roof rolling "very slow" 3 button press when parked and it opens or closes (rain, posing)... press 2 times and the windows roll down to let heat out.... also reverses the way the interior button works and also makes it one touch.... For the money, a great piece of kit.. As i mentioned this is my 3rd with no issues on the other cars...

Who are you using to fit it?

As far as I can tell on the G module there's no cutting in to be done. Possibly means the unit could be removed with no trace if needed to be?

Apparently the module specifically for the G was only released a couple of days ago. I'm seriously considering it as long as it doesn't compromise the warranty. Think it just plugs in and is then configured by the attached USB. Will try and find out some more info.

Smarttop fitted today by a buddy, it took 25 mins from start to finish....i just didnt have the plastic trip tools although it all came apart very easy... great bit of kit, one touch button, and set speed to 30kmh to put down whilst driving although I will only crawl.... Also played with the settings when it goes down it leaves windows down.....
Also fitted my 2013 steering wheel leather and alcantara....
Next up my Fabspeed exhaust and a remap by a very knowledgeable guy...
Loving this car......

Where do you buy it in the UK?

Loads of links to the website, but that sends you to the UK distributor where the product doesn't come up in search. Frustrating!

Don't really want to buy one from the US with expensive shipping, that seems daft.
