yep, buckets..... carbon fibre jobbies lined with alcantara...... there was one car with comfort seats, white car pangbourne ran as a demo... owners on PH..... buckets are the main source of weight saving... Andrew has done over 40k miles in his, guess they cant be too uncomfortable.

I wonder what the chances are of this being yours:

Its not a question of comfort, I just cant physically fit in the car with the bucket seats. Yeah the pangbourne car was the one I saw.

In what way? If head height is an issue you can get the buckets lowered slightly.

There's a Balboni up for sale at Amari - Black - with what looks to me like normal, non-bucket seats......

My car has the comfort seats and was not the demo, the demo at Pangbourne and my car are the only two with comfort seats, was offered the green car but couldn't live with the lightweight seats. i also know the owner of the only black car, in my opinion the LP560-2 looks much better in green and white.

Head height, I'm 6ft5. I was a long way from fitting in the buckets.

The only way I fit is to remove the foot rest for more leg room and then actually move the seat base quite far forward allowing me to recline the seat along way back. Even then my hair is just about brushing the roof and there's absolutely no way I could drive a manual.

I know you can bolt the buckets to the floor to gain 15mm(not great when someone else needs to drive) and that you can remove padding from the seat and even the roof (don't really want to do that) but I think even with all of those measures I wouldn't find the extra room I needed to drive in comfort.

I even enquired about fitting standard seats to an SL but was never able to get a price.

Hope your well? glad the purchase went through ok. Have you mastered the E-Gear yet???

Thanks for the invite but cant make the 22nd, taking the Lambo to the Italian Lakes via
Cote d'azur, hence why i needed comfort seats!!!!

always felt black hides the lines of the Gallardo, so if you want stealth, its ideal, but otherwise....
the orange car is very very nice too..... better than Verdi with those matched calipers....

the story is the very last 4 anniversary cars produced were not in the special white as the factory ran out of the paint.... LOL...... only Lamborghini.... not sure if this is true, but a nice tale none the less...
