Annoying, why would anyone feel the need to remove that ?
It was a very informative thread and a useful database was being built up.

JeremyC ........ What's going on please ?

Not removed because of an invasion of privacy surely????!!!!!!

Then shut down fb and Instagram..... Given selfies and pics of our cars from the kids!!!!

Toys, prams, totally ridiculous.... And I can guess who too

I have not seen any recent activity on the thread so can only be health and safety / HR involved somewhere smile

It was activity on another thread that linked directly to the registry... That must have been cleaned up too.... The posts suggested there were 7 UK pets in red and someone may not own one anymore despite what's claimed! Vins also cropped up, not literally though....

This will no doubt be deleted and I'll be banned...

Mods, before you ban me, I help your sponsors indirectly sell more gallardos then they and you realise.... smile ...... If only I was a car salesman rather than a passionate and knowledgeable owner!

Before you all start leaping to conclusions, why not PM the originator of the thread (cc8s) - he will have received notification of the deletion (and reason for it)*.

*It wasn't me who deleted the thread

Indeed, such a shame that it's gone. At least now I can pretend to own a Super Troffeo Stradale, number 3 of 2 in the country...

That's funny I've got the 8th one, well I did until someone invaded my privacy placed pictures and details of it all over the internet and then some less than savoury character pinched it along with others.
Don't have a problem with others having their details on view publicly IF they have authorised it but the details of what I have stored away is my business and not for public consumption.

I don't want to be sleeping with a weapon under my bed and my family's lives put at risked thanks very much.

I get less grief from the paparazzi

then why on gods earth are you on a public forum like PH posting yourself about the rare cars you own in each and every thread...??? have I missed something??? before any registry we all knew you had a 355, a super rare red PET, a scud and a 650s at least, and you told us! oh, and you live in cornwall.

MR GRB, I actually think you were onto a good idea, just done badly...... hype sells, so us lambo owners should be hyping how bloody good the Gallardo is..... and a registry, showing just how rare the things are, also allowing the good examples to be tracked, would absolutely boost values.....

when I first looked for a Gallardo, I came here to learn how to buy, as do many others.....

That's fine but people publishing reg numbers/ VIN's and photo's of your car and you is over stepping the mark as far as I am concerned especially when they are digging around in my private business without authorisation to get all the info to post publicly.
Now the poster may or may not be innocent but I bet your bottom dollar there are people on here that are most definitely not.

If you feel comfortable with all your personal details unearthed and then published on here then good luck to you.

For the record I have sold the Scud

so someone stole the register ?!
yes, a dirty underworld Albanian drug lord (is that allowed) who in the process killed cc8s hence his lack of reply to my personal email not PM...... I too now live in fear as he had my plate, vin, birth and marriage certificates
