Head Unit for Gallardo

Hi, I'm looking to change the head unit in my Gallardo but am having trouble locating a fascia for it. Has anyone replaced their head unit, and if so, what did you do for a fascia? Thanks.

Is it something like this you are after? You'll need to check if the 2005-2009 Audi A4 RNS-E units were the same shape but I think they were.
