David and Matt (Pangbourne) enjoyed themselves whilst spending a day working our how to fit a Gen 1 SL system to my '05 coupe a month or so back. The chassis mounting brackets are different, but otherwise it was a reasonably simple job. The resulting sound is fab when "pressing on" but fine for my usual commute.

(And the almost unused system cost me £155 on fleabay, less tailpipes - which I wouldn't have wanted anyway!)

That is some bargain there, no doubt the owner fitted a tubi or such life. Are you keeping the standard cats? Are there any manufacturers markings on there?

Yes to both. I've kept the cats and it's a genuine OEM Gen 1 SL system. For £155......
