Going from 997 Turbo to a Gallardo

Hi,
I went from a 997.2 Turbo S to a LP560 Bicolore. You really cant compare the two, The Turbo S performance simply cant be beaten, on track or in a str8 line. Its the most engaging drive I have ever had - which makes sense as its a 911. The Lambo gives you an incredible sense of occasion, it is an exotic car - it turns heads and everyone wants to take a photo of it. The sound is also addictive, whereas the Turbo S sounded terrible in my opinion. The performance of LP560 is good, but not as quick as the Turbo S. All in all, I haven't looked back in the slightest. The Lambo is one of my most favourite cars I have ever owned.
You also have to get a LP version - pre LP versions look extremely dated. LP versions hold their value a lot more unless you go for manual - I hear pre LP manual cars are shooting up in price....

Some good insight guys thank you, as a pre LP is a car I have been considering.
The 04 cars with their tall 1st gear do have a different engine timing and make a wonderfull noise.
