Gallardo Service History 'book'

Hi,

Recently bought a 2013 LP560-4 and just wondering about the service history - do you guys have a service history book with stamps of previous services and a service schedule in it? Is that a separate book? Silly question maybe but although I received a lot of paperwork and service invoices, I didn't get a service 'book' as such.

What do you guys have / what 'should' I have?

Of course it should have a service book ?? Who did you buy it from ?
If you have all the relevant invoices and a bit of work you should be able to get a book and have it stamped up retrospectively.

Yeah, sorry didn't explain myself properly - I have all the service invoices, it's all good. Just forgot to check the book was in the glovebox with the rest of the stuff as I drove off. Just called the garage and they're sorting it. Wanted to check the process hadn't gone all-online or something weird before asking.

If the book is lost then you need to buy a new one and get it stamped.Bear in mind it can be quite expensive! All i know is Maserati are asking 400£ for an empty service book..ouch!

its a disaster if you bought this car without a stamped service book - quite surprised you didn't check this before hand.... hope you manage to sort it out.

Cant see the point of a service book. H R Owen, who (used to?) service mine has all the details on one of those computery things. Pretty sure if you where selling it they could print out everything for you if you wanted to prove fsh.

Some owners don't like including the invoices with the sale - data and id protection...

also its just not the done thing - especially on a Gallardo - I wouldn't touch one without a service book and stamps - even if there is a pile of invoices provided.
