Gallardo Recall

I received a letter from Italy this morning saying there's a recall due on my car.

The recall needs to reflash the ECU and is described as a 'defect' affecting motor vehicle safety. Cars between 2011-2014 are affected, however it doesn't say 'all' cars between 2011 & 2014 are affected.

Contact your dealer for more.

just bought a 2012 one less than 6 weeks ago and made sure all recalls up to date etc, is there any more info on the letter (reference numbers / codes etc?)

From what I can see, using google, this is from Dec 2018. Thanks for the heads up though as I don't think mine will have this done to it and as I've recently moved house I doubt they will have my new address.

Spoke to Lambo pangbourne. It's just an ECU flash and should it throw up any check engine lights on test drive they have to replace the fuel pump.

Takes about a day apparently and all FOC.
