Warning indicators in my LP 560-4 Oil Temp Sensor

The Oil temperature sensor light is on and the oil temp gauge is sometimes maxed out and min...

Looks like a faulty oil temp sensor...

Where is located? Do i need the oil tank or air intake removed to get to it?







I would guessed its number 29.... but is this the oil temp sensor?

I have been googling for ages now... It is under on the oil tank...
can it be accessed easily by removing the airbox?

I have taken the airbox out..
I have found the oil level and temp sensor...

This is what needs replacing....





Does anyone know whether i need to empty the oil tank before taking this out? as it looks like it has a rubber ring, so stop oil leaks so i am not sure...
