Unable to report scam advert

I'd like to report a scam advert http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/t... It is a suspiciously low price and there is a requirement to email an address shown in a picture. But I can't. On the report page the send "report" button is completely obscured by a side advert for sky.

Using vanilla Explorer 11 if this help.
