Expanding Kia advert

Its doubly annoying when you're a trade advertiser already paying an increased amount and when trying to amend your ads you get hit by this huge advert.
We have removed all ads from the advert submission/editing part of the site so you wont get this anymore - I personally stood over the ads team until they put that in place, so if you spot again from today let me know. This morning (10 minutes ago) I went to the home page, clicked on Forums and then My Stuff to get the login prompt, and got the enormous Kia advert.
I understand the whole advertising thing, but TBH I find myself less likely to buy from companies that interrupt me in such a way. Others seem to feel the same way. If this is a common view, perhaps PH should feed back to advertisers that paying more for an expanding, unignorable ad can end up being counter productive in terms of selling product to this particular audience?

Just kicked the ads team to stop serving them on login pages (again) - so hopefully sort this out this morning. It's really annoying when it's served in-line with an article, too. You start reading the article, get the first paragraph out of the way, then a massive ad appears. You scroll (mostly) past the ad, but if you don't go all the way, it carries on playing, and when it finishes, it shrinks again, yoinking the text 400px (or whatever) back up the page again so you lose your place.
Like others, I understand the need for ads, from a financial perspective, but these are really intrusive and just downright annoying.
