This is so strange and inconsistent! Obviously I use PH all day long across several devises devices and I genuinely can't recall the last time I was kicked out.

So when I get logged off, my 'saved' password and username also needs re-inputting.

So it would be easy to say that this is an OS or browser issue, but other cached usernames and passwords are not getting flushed at the same time, just PH.

This is on both Windows 7 SP1 IE 11, and apple IOS/Safari (latest update applied) devices.

Have you tried logging in, then logging out, then back in again? This fixed the problem for me - I'm guessing a persistent cookie for a stale session was hanging around and the explicit logout got rid of it.
