Log-in and Recent Visit Problem
Discussion
When I log-in to the forums I use the drop down menu to select 'New since last visit'. This morning it is telling me that there is nothing new since my last visit. Which stands to reason as it is showing the last visit as taking place at the current time. Does that make sense? Its almost as if I had logged in, out and back in again.
Is is just me? It's happening on both of my 'puters, so wouldn't thought so.
Picture attached to show what I mean, last visit time = the time I've logged in.

With me some forums which have new posts in them have the new posts in thread "Red folders", like this Forum, P&P and some others but the General Gassing, Photography & Video and General TVR forums although also having new posts has all yellow "no new post" Folders displayed.

Probably some behind the scenes

Don't know if this helps, but I'm now getting random "what's new since" times. For example, it says it's telling me what's new since 17.02. The first time I logged in today was about 18.09,
Steve
That's cos that was three hours before I picked three hours!! Doh. (dipstick)

I'm still on the case...
Good man.
This happens every time to me.
A useful bit of info may be that when I hit the front page of PH on my home machine which has sound turned on I hear two "clicks" of the mouse.
If you are firing some onClick events around I'd run through that code to see if any of it could call the "Last Visited" routine.
A new IE has been sent out recently which could explain the change in behaviour...
