Suggestion on story comments layout
Discussion
I find it annoying that when I finishing reading a news story on the homepage and then click on the link for comments, that a new webpage appears with the story and I'm back at the top, and then I have to scroll back down through the story that I just read, to get to the comments.
I would suggest either:
- not have the story included on the comments page, maybe just include a link at the top that will take you back to the story?
Or:
- current layout but on the story/comment page put in a placeholder tag that’s between the story and the comments and jump to that point when someone wants to read the comments.
It's not a big complaint, but an area where I think there is room for improvement.
Thanks,
NAPiston

Switch your preferences to be 'latest post at the top', and when you go to a story link for comments, the original story is at the bottom, with the most recent comments at the top of your screen.
Works for me...
(Although it does lead to some posters comments about 'see above' really meaning 'below')
