Hi all,

We have been able to reproduce the problem and it is in the line to be fixed.

Thanks!

Jack
This line must be longer than the queue to get in to the Poundland at Rhyl.

Very nearly!

Sorry, I'm not sure why this wasn't fixed but I assume other work took priority. I'll ask for an update!

Thanks,

Jack

Not for the PH forum massive.

They don't know what they're doing, they don't listen to any advice and with the schools currently being out you'd think that Haymarket would have lots of web developers doing work experience.

Anything that requires a modification takes forever (if ever). I remember when Mainframe scheduled updates were on a weekly basis and that use to annoy me - we've moved on 30 years and taken a huge step backwards.

In what?

I reported it to Apple and I think they've pushed a fix for it to the version of Safari bundled with High Sierra. I don't have an iOS device though so no idea when/if it'll make it there.

I think it was working in High Sierra 11.x builds.

But it's back again now.

Apologies all, no update yet. It's still in the queue waiting for it's turn.

How long does it take to change one character?

I'm sure I've mentioned this before... but at a guess this is because they're using a 301 to redirect from quoteAll.gif to quoteall.gif (why?!) and it's playing silly buggers with caching.

If so, it's a single character fix. I hope no one was holding their breath.

Would you be so kind as to inform us what else is in this queue and what order they may be worked on?

It’s quite easy to work out the prioritisation

P1) stuff that is affecting revenue
P2) stuff that could affect revenue
P3) stuff that could affect future revenue and/or brand loyalty
P4) stuff that could affect brand loyalty
P99) minor graphics issues that affect 15% of non-revenue generating users.

If they did it any other way they wouldn’t be running their business properly.
