Hello PHers and welcome to your new look forums!
Discussion
Not sure if this has been covered but how do I view the groups of sub forums such as General Gassing or The pie and piston in the mobile version?
Works fine on the desktop.
I'm getting fed up of having to keep dipping in and out of the sub forums and used to like just selecting the whole group.

Another question from me - may have already been covered, but where has the "Search Members" link gone?
Look down.(Sorry.)
https://www.pistonheads.com/members/directory.asp
Hidden under "Member stuff" drop down menu on the right in your profile homepage.

It's not allowed any more. Well, not in mobile version.

Does anybody else have to refresh the 'My Stuff' page when they go back to it? For example, from the 'My Stuff' page, click a topic, read it, hit back, now all the read/unread topics are different/out-of-date.
That's your browser. If you hit "back", it shows you the cached version of the page, rather than reload it. It's not site-specific, and it'll have always done it - you're just now looking for PH probs...TooMany2cvs said:

I use this a lot on the desktop version and now find the mobile version awful.
Can only hope that they revert back to how it was, because the site is ruined.
On another note, can we move the "My Stuff" to the area where "My Mates" is, because when you request desktop site on mobile to get rid of the terrible mobile site, click My Stuff, the page jumps around and then selects "My Mates".
I am browsing PH on my phone for once -
FIX THE fkING LAST VISIT LOGIC!!!
It generally jumps to the last post, even on a thread I have never opened.
If that's what it's supposed to do, call it "last post", not "last visited".
I reported it years ago, and got PH's usual prompt response of totally ignoring the problem. However on mobile there's no other way to jump to the last read page.
I post this with no expectation of it ever being fixed but it helps to vent sometimes.

Thanks for the explanation.
Well I for one seem to be spending less time on the mobile site now so that's reduced their clicks a little rather than increasing them.
Lets just hope eventually someone takes notice of all the constructive criticism in thread and fixes things.

It means you have to keep clicking and opening pages, pages then load adverts, PH gets revenue, and from speaking to someone who knows all about this type of stuff, HTTPS was basically done for this reason, to get more adverts and us clicking more, as you could put HTTPS in without changing anything on the forum.

Every so often in the last few days I've been getting security certificate issues, the browser starts generating loads of them and the only way to stop it is to shut the browser down using task manager.
Windows 7 and IE.
A few of us have been having that issue on & off the past couple of days - https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...Windows 7 and IE.
It appears to be caused by the foreshoq banner advert..
