I had the same, but a Ctrl-F5 caused it to reload consistently so it could be cached CSS

CMD-R here , still swapping between speech bubbles and emboldened names. I hope the bubbles are the intention, it has potential...

The buttons are in stupid places on the desktop imho. Why is 'watch' and 'bookmark' in the natural place where 'reply' would be? Those 2 should be up at the top of the page somewhere (I see they are repeated at the top as well) and 'reply' should be the only one at the bottom, and over on the right where your mouse pointer is likely to be, not on the far left which requires an unnatural movement.

The standard line spacing in the forum posts looks really bad on desktop. Far too close together. The tails on the letter g and some others are nearly touching the tops of the letters in the line below, especially if it's above a capital letter.

OK, here (belatedly) is some of the stuff we have fixed/changed based on your feedback. This is a work in progress, now that we're on a single 'skin' it's much easier to iterate to make these kind of changes. Please keep letting us know what isn't right. We'll keep you updated.
